FAQ's

1) What time is check in/out?
Check in: 3pm. Check out: 10am

2) Do we provide full bedding and duvets/pillows etc?
Yes. Bedding is provided for all Geodomes.

3) Do you allow dogs?
We allow well behaved dogs on site if you are staying in the Eco Domes, or XL Domes. They are to be kept on a lead and in control at all times, and there is a one off fee of £15 per dog. Maximum 2 dogs per Geodome.

4) Are towels provided?
In the domes with hot tubs, yes. We do not provide towels for the Eco Domes.

5) How far is the nearest beach?
Manorbier beach is approx 1.5 miles away from Beavers Retreat.

6) Do you have hot showers?
Yes. There are 3 hot showers on site and they are high pressured.

7) What toilet facilities are there?
Each Geodome has a private designated toilet in a central location. This can be locked with a coded padlock.

8) What exactly is provided for cooking & eating?
Eco Domes - double gas stove, pot, pan, cutlery, sharp cutting knife, basic utensils, plates, bowls & mugs.
XL, Original & Cosy Domes - gas stove & oven/grill, pots, pan, cutlery, sharp cutting knife, basic utensils, plates, bowls, mugs, wine glasses.

9) Is there hot tubs on site?
There is a private hot tub with the Original Domes, Cosy Domes and XL Domes.

10) Do you have electricity/Wi-fi?
We do not have mains electricity, but we have solar power. This charges a central freezer for refreezing ice packs, and also powers a locker unit so each unit has its own lockable charging port. There is Wi-fi on site from the on site office, and this is available for guests to use. Please note, this is from a central location and does not reach each Geodome.

11) What are the site rules?
We do have site rules emailed out to guests once they book. Although we have a relaxed approach, we are strict of certain rules. Please no dog foul to be left. No rubbish to be left out of bins provided. Recycling rules on site to be followed. No loud noise between 10:30pm - 7:30am. We are a family orientated site so are strict with these rules.
